The “Shop of Choice” website, developed and administered by NuGent IT, is a new approach to receiving and negotiating assignments for non-DRP claims.
Once registered, participating work source providers can select your shop and send you an estimate via email. From that email you simply log into the site and submit CIECA standard repair estimates from any major estimating system along with photos of the damage. Simple, easy to follow instructions will be provided for each assignment.
The information submitted will be automatically imported into the insurance company’s claims system and processed.
