Acoat® selected National and Regional Performance Groups: Enhancing Individuals and Businesses
Acoat® selected National and Regional Performance Groups offer unparalleled peer-to-peer networking opportunities. The focus of performance groups is to enhance the performance of the individuals and businesses represented through a mutually beneficial exchange of information, success stories and advice. National and Regional Performance Groups provide opportunities for performance benchmarking, sharing best practices and customized training.
Benchmarking Performance benchmarking assists shop owners or managers in identifying and prioritizing areas of opportunity within each member’s businesses. Members provide detailed financial and operational information that allows each member of the group to compare its progress and challenges with other group members. Financial and operational information provided by members is kept strictly confidential.
Networking National and Regional Performance Groups give you the opportunity to meet with peers and take part in networking events during several group meetings a year. No matter where you are in the business development cycle, you will be able to compare your strategies and ideas with others who are either in the same stage of growth as your shop or with those who have successfully grown to the next stage of development. National Performance Groups meet twice a year, while the Regional Performance Groups meet three times a year.
Accountability Group members are assigned goals by themselves and their peers. At the next meeting, they are requested to report the successes and challenges experienced while striving to meet those goals. They also report on their successes and challenges in implementing procedures and concepts learned at the previous meeting.
Best Practices Sharing This lets you implement new ideas and techniques more quickly and successfully because you learn from the experiences of other shop owners.
Customized Training and Discussions This offers skills enhancement and insights into industry trends and assesses the feasibility of industry-specific concepts. You and your fellow group members decide what topics that you would like to see addressed. Arrangements are then made to provide the requested education.
