Look for us at NACE in Las Vegas, November 5-8! While we will not have a booth on the expo floor, we will be present and supporting NACE in a variety of formats designed to provide information and tools that you and your employees can apply in your business immediately.

Once agian we will be delivering high-impact educational sessions. This year we will present 2 sessions each of 40 Degrees and e-Tips: Managing Your Business in the Digital Age. Make sure to check the NACE website for course descriptions and to register to attend these sessions.

Two of our most popular educational seminars, Business-to-Business Marketing and Estimating Consistency, have been updated to reflect new concepts and tools that have recently emerged in the collision industry. The new versions are now called Business-to-Business Marketing II and Estimating Consistency II (now an 8 hours course).

The 2008 Summer National Performance Group Meeting was held in gorgeous Lake Tahoe, NV and was attended by 140 shops from across North America. Our host facility was the newly renovated Harrah's Resort & Casino. Participants experienced a variety of Early Bird educational sessions, dynamic presentations from guest speakers Michael Condon and Orvel Ray Wilson, and a scenic dinner cruise on Lake Tahoe with the performance group meetings at the heart of it all.

Introduction to PCE is an introduction to the theory of process improvement and an overview of the tools and principles that combine to create a Process Centered Environment.

Implementing 5S presents the principles of 5S, an organization tool, and a step-by-step process and necessary tools to implement it in a collision center.
